Overall I have been very pleased with the care provided for my dog but what really stuck out to me is when I had an emergency… I called them after hours (grateful they have someone available to speak to) and they advised me to take my dog to the hospital right away. I arrived to the hospital within 15 minutes of that phone call and because Winslow had notified the hospital, they had someone waiting for me at the door along with all of my dog’s records. Amazing customer service.
